Snow Day Work

5th Grade Snow Day List of Activities

• Help your parent/guardian make breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Review your multiplication facts with a guardian or sibling.
• Find a book to read.
• Do iReady lessons for 20 minutes. Reading or math.
• Do Xtra Math for 10 minutes.
• Write a story using vocabulary words we've learned.
• Practice your typing skills.
• Create a google slide presentation about your favorite animal, video game, sport, food, etc.
• Pick a language and research how to say the numbers 1 through 10. Youtube is a great tool for this.
• Make a list of all the 50 states and their capitals.
• Clean up your room or a space for 10 minutes.
• Practice cursive writing.
• Clean out your backpack.
• Make a video explaining how to do something of your choosing using Canva.
• Listen to a podcast.
• Research snowflakes. Create a snowflake with any materials you have at home.
